Sex beast cop must obey
SEX beast cop Adam Carruthers must obey some of Scotland’s toughest parole rules — or face being thrown back in jail.
The ex-inspector — caged for 11 years for raping two women — will walk free on Friday, despite fears he is STILL a danger.
But the evil pervert has been banned from going within miles of his victims’ homes — or even being alone with any woman who’s not a relative.
And failure to comply will see the fiend — suspected of preying on up to 38 women — serve the last three years and eight months of his sentence.
Last night, a top source said: “Carruthers has been told if he even walks into a shop and finds just a lone woman at the till, he can’t go in and buy a pint of milk.
“It’s hard to see how he’ll get work of any kind.”
Carruthers’ wife Margaret, 44, is reportedly letting him return to the marital home in Dumfries.
But his terrified victims have been told he’ll be kept under the tightest level of surveillance by former colleagues at Dumfries and Galloway Police.
In May 2001, he was convicted of raping a special constable as well as the wife of a fellow cop.
Both attempted suicide, and savage Carruthers raped the second woman again the day she got out of hospital.
Parole ... fiend set for release
Independent investigators later found the predator — who was sacked in 2002 — could have targeted up to 38 women. But the Crown Office decided not to proceed with the other cases.

I don't know how you are, but well done for bringing this to the attention of more people.
He is a plausible, devious and evil man who should never have been let out of jail.
